The location is perfect! A few steps to the beach. Great bars and restaurants down stairs. All of which seemed to be closed by 11 so no noise at night. Lovely little balcony over looking the beach. Rooms are smallish but perfectly adequate and clean and comfortable. Staff all friendly and helpful. Free coffees and drink on arrival. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, not too fancy but everything functioned as it should. White sand beach across the street, good coffee and restaurants just a quick walk, staff super friendly and helpful

Very good view of the harbor, close to the both Frementle historical building and Rottnest Island Express (Sheld B Port). There are large suites, very suitable for family travel in Perth.
