Ritz service from check in to check out was exceptional. Hospitality is top notch. Bed was comfortable, location was perfect, view of the Swan River and Elizabeth Quey were breathtaking. I also like the design and interior of the rooms that are very well thought of.

Duxton treated us very well. I had a suite then next day downgraded to a double - they let me stay in the suite until my flight. A great hotel. Much more generous than the Crown offerings, which we also stayed at but really dropped the ball.
