I like the fact that you get free roundtrip transfers to and from Brussels airport. After a long travel day, it's nice to know that you will get picked up from the airport. Location was good too, there were a lot of restaurants and a big supermarket within a few minutes walking distance.

Big and very comfortable bed. Spacious and super clean room. Good breakfast as well. I can only say good things about the hotel. The personal was also professional and very kind. We will come back

Relatively easy access to the city despite the distance to city centre is half hour away by bus. We were able to cook our breakfast and dinner. We had good night’s rest.

The room was perfect, warm and quiet, very comfy bed. Excellent with a refrigerator in the room. Great location between airport and city (closer to the city). Just a few bus stops to Schuman. Many nice restaurants around the corner. A big Lidl across the street. Several busses to go into town or to Woluwe or Zaventem.

Everything was perfect. The employees were helpful and polity, de location was perfect (2 minutes from the Grote markt), and the room was spotless clean. The little extras in the room like the earplugs, hand creams, a note book made the stay in this lovely hotel extra nice.

Front desk staff is so kind, I met two young girls and they were so lovely, warm, and professional. They welcomed us in a way that made our stay starting exceptionally. Rooms are clean, comfortable.

They not only resolved the issue almost instantly but also surprised us with a complimentary upgrade to one of their best rooms! The upgraded room was spacious, luxurious, and offered a stunning view of the city. It was a gesture that truly highlighted the hotel’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
