Lovely room, location and staff. It’s a 3-4 minute walk from the central station which was a convenient spot for us. The staff was very helpful and they can keep your luggage after you check out. Absolutely zero noise from the street at night. The rooms were very clean and overall the hotel feels comfortable and put together. Amazing value for the price!

We had two wonderful nights at the b&b koeketiene. Our room was big, beautifully decorated, and cozy. Everything was clean and tidy and we also had a bathtube, which is always a plus. :) Overall, the place had a great charme and the two cats fit perfectly to it. Breakfast was really good and made with love. The hosts were two very lovely people, very helpful, and made our stay a really remarkable memory.

I spent a week travelling through France and Belgium through various cities, and this accommodation was the highlight of my holiday in terms of character and a good night's sleep. It's little details, like looking out of the porthole window in the main bedroom, and discovering a tiny miniature boat figure (purely for decorative purposes), or the sailor knot examples with QR codes next to each one so you could find out more about them. I loved having access to all the speciality teas, a teapot (it is SO annoying in many hotels to have small cups which you constantly have to refill), and the kettle was even filled for me on arrival ready to be used. The double bed mattress was comfortable and I was grateful for the extra quilt option when I went to sleep. A good location (very quiet) within walking distance of lots to see and enjoy in Ghent. I was able to visit several museums easily without needing to get a bus.

Well-furnished. Heating excellent on a cold 1*C day. Very Clean unit. Comfy beds. Large 65 ins smart TV, Nespresso with complimentary coffee capsules. Minor complaint was attended immediately. Location is good a short 3 mins walk to the tram station to the city centre. Love it.

Hotel's location is great, about 10 min walk from the train station and 25 min from the historical center. It was pretty quiet, too, in spite of having a room facing a main street, due to decent sound insulation (plus the fact that the tram line passing right in front of the hotel was momentarily out of order). Classic, beautiful building as well. The host, Karl, was great, making everything easy and sharing all the needed information. Breakfast was delicious and rich, no complaints there. The room was spacious and furnished with all the necessary items. The bed was very comfortable, with good pillows and an adequate blanket. There is no doubt about where we are going to stay when visiting Ghent again!
