This hotel was in the perfect location for travelers arriving by train into Ghent. Short walking distance to the train station so trams to the main square are easy and convenient. The decor is modern and comfortable, the rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Our family of 6 stayed four days in the apartment for the Christmas Holiday and it was PERFECT for us. The apartment was so clean, accommodated all of us with enough bedding, towels and kitchen was well stocked. We made breakfast each morning. We loved having an expresso to wake up to. There is a market not too far to buy goods. Oli, the host, communicated from the day I booked which was early knowing it was the holiday. He addressed any questions. We enjoyed the short walk from the train station to make small train trips to other Belgium cities. However our favorite visit was going into the town of Gent and enjoying the Christmas Market and city festivities. We would definitely return and stay here again in the future.

Absolutely recommend staying at this hotel if you want to treat yourself to a wonderful stay in Ghent. Just some of the highlights were the super comfortabel bed, the beautiful shower that was very complete and my personal favourite, which was the breakfast that was exceeding expectations by far. Karl has rebuilt an already beautiful house (Heerenhuis) into a Boutique Hotel that will make your stay unforgettable. Karl gave great tip and had a lot of interesting insights

The room was very clean. We didn't get to appreciate the garden as we were out sight seeing mostly but it looked lovely. Good position for train station access. A special mention to Marie who is a great asset to the business. She also provided a lovely breakfast and was good chat too.

This was a very nice apartment with modern facilities and a lovely rooftop terrace with stunning sunset views, very convenient for the train station, I will definitely be visiting again as lots to see and do in ghent and a short train ride to Bruges.
