This is the best apartment we have ever stayed in, ever! Everything was clean, parking is great (for 5 cars only, there is a separate parking close by). The bed and pillows were uber conformable and smells very nice. Amazing apartment! Tasteful and well appointed furnishings, comfortable bed, crisp white linens, lots of pillows and very, very clean modern apartment. Probably the best apartment that we stayed in and comparable to a Marriott Service Apartments. Secured parking available within premises. Location is perfect, waking distance, close to city center, restaurants and historical places. We would give this apartment a 10, yes, definitely a 10 if we can.

The staff here are super friendly and welcoming, you really get the 5 star experience. Everything is beautifully clean and well designed. The hotel has some roman beneath it which is a unique feature and we were given a tour and told the history behind them. The breakfast was very generous with a variety of options. We sat in the lovely sunny conservatory to eat which looks over a charming garden with more sculptures and nods to the ruins below. The hotel is a stone's throw from the old town and Kampana the arty creative centre or Plovdiv so a brilliant location. We only stayed one night but were very impressed. I can't wait to come back, hopefully during the Summer to stay longer. Highly recommend, great customer service.

We couldn’t fault this hotel and anyone who visits Plovdiv should make every effort to stay here. We had dinner one night in the dining room and that was excellent too. The location was wonderful and it was such a delight to be able to walk straight into the adjoining Park

It’s a beautiful palace. We got the top floor suites with a beautiful view. Great service and breakfast. Parking is on the street but very close. On a hill ok on the way down. We got a taxis to bring us back.
