Overall the property was very clean and tidy and in a great location (about 7 minute walk into town) staff very friendly. The room was decent enough. Nice breakfast though with a good selection!

The location is prefect in the heart of Capivari, everything is in walking distance. The staff are so polite and friendly, and will do everything they can to help you. It is great for families, the children’s playroom is perfect for after breakfast. The rooms are clean, cosy and spacious. The free afternoon tea was a nice bonus that we were not expecting. We have travelled to a lot of hotels in Brazil with our baby and most did not have the cot set up for us ready on arrival, this was a big plus for us. We had a great stay and would definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone wanting to visit Campos do Jordão.
