The location is just amazing, staff very friendly and prone to take actions with customer requests. We really enjoy the massage provided by Indra and the receptionist were fully dedicated to improve our stay in Salvador, making reservations, massages and nail appointments. The location was perfect. The staff was kind and incredibly responsive. Even though I didn't speak Portugese, they were able to accomadate my every need. Daily breakfast was convenient, and facilities were clean. There was even a bidet!
