The Westin Trillium House had a pleasant and warm vibe about the place. Pierre at reception rendered a brilliant professional service with courtesy. The staff were all very well mannered and made everyone feel welcome and at home.

We first stayed at the hotel at the beginning of this year and was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, the location, the kitchen set up, and even the little coffee machine in the lobby. Quick check in and check out. I slept great. Gives you a “at home” feeling and I love the welcome message on the TV. Good job Kendall on the clean.

Usually, we booked hotels to stay in BM. This time there were 8 of us, so we decided to rent a house, and it was such a smart decision! We really enjoyed time we spent in this property, Everything was perfect, you may find all you need for comfortable stay. House is beautiful, even better than on pictures, nice Blue Mountain feeling decoration. We came on 3 cars, but were able to park all of them on guest parking next to the property. We did not use shuttle, but it is only 3 min of driving to the village, and spaces on free parking lot were available. Outdoor pool if very close to the property, which is definitely a huge bonus during summer time. Special thanks to host Michael. He was replying to all our questions almost immediately. We did not have any problems while being in the house but you have this strong feeling that if something required, he would be able to help you right away. Michael, many thanks for our perfect super mini vacation, we will definitely come back for longer stay.
