They prepared our room ahead, we were able to check-in a bit earlier, especially great because we have babies and the weather plus long drive called for some rest and recover. The room was clean, comfortable and the crib was perfect. The morning receptionist was very sweet, she explained to us that they do house keeping every 4 days, but we could get fresh towels etc. every morning, also thay breakfast is included. I am a mom so we had our own stuff even trash baggies. We had access to the gym, pool. But maybe next time. We only stayed 4 days and 3 nights. For us this location, room, were perfect. It is good to read reviews ahead, I did and so we came prepared. We didn't really have much contact with the evening receptionist, she doesn't have the best customer service skills. She tries so hard to smile but definitely the type of person that can't hide her true preconceived stereotypes or dislike for some guests. Overall our stay was good for us.
