I was working around the corner; the location was extremely convenient for me. Staff at front desk were always kind upon coming and going from the property and helpful with everything I asked. I didn’t see the garden until my last day somehow but hope to stay again next year. It’s very clean and orderly as a hotel should be. Had everything I needed for my stay including gym and laundry! I do not have any complaints. Thank you!

The Hotel Alexander is located right at the Messe Basel fairgrounds and the Congress Centre, a 7-minute ride from the centre of Basel. The tram stop is right outside. Free Wi-Fi is available.

It is very well situated, very clean, the toilet paper- a few layers, pillows are very comfortable, receptionists are helpful and the restaurant is very very good

The breakfast was very good, well stocked, all tastes and diet needs catered for. Caring staff. Bed was a little firm, and pillows soft. Very glad we stayed there and would stay there again. It is a little further from the old town but a tram is at the door and the hotel gave us a free tram pass.

The location of the facility is perfect, you can get everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Extremely clean room, as well as common area. Internet satisfactory. All recommendations.

1) Susy and Soraia were just incredible help. So lucky this hotel has this kind of excellent employees in every sense of the word. Simply, class A. Especially Susy was such a nice person that I could talk for hours if she had the time. 2) Complete and good breakfast. 3) Location of the hotel could not be any better.
