The staff was impeccable, exceedingly welcoming, and very helpful. I needed help booking some tickets, and the lovely lady at the reception patiently assisted me. At night, I had dinner in their restaurant. Ok so the food could have been better; my fish was well cooked but the veggies were greasy. The pizza looked excellent though, but the service was excellent. The next morning, I had complimentary coffee, which was very good and went up to the sauna. They normally begin the sauna at 12 but they put it on especially for me. The sauna and yoga room is lovely, very restful and equipped with everything one needs. I loved everything about this hotel, the design, the calm, the service. Location is subjective. It was my first time in Zurich so I was not too sure whether I wanted to stay in the city center and although the hotel is easily accessible into town, you might end up paying slightly more for transportation. All in all though, this is truly a lovely hotel and I will stay there again if the opportunity came up.

The Sheraton Zürich Hotel is located in a lively area of the city, featuring several shops, bars and restaurants.

The stay was excellent, cozy room, comfortable bed, clean room, attentive receptionists, excellent breakfast, the hotel is just a few minutes from the train station and bus stop, everything in the hotel was excellent.

Only 100 metres away from the Technopark business centre and a 10-minute drive from the main train station, this modern hotel is located in a trendy part of town close to the motorway.

The hotel is OK ... The rooms are neat and clean. The large underground garage is right behind the building, then take the elevator directly to the hotel. In front of the hotel is a tram station for the journey to the center. The staff is friendly ... Everything was OK.
