The apartment was in a nice place of town and everything was as advertised. I especially liked the washing machine, which had a dryer function integrated. I know that's just a small thing, but it really was very valuable. The host was very nice, when the parking clicking thing was out of batttery.

We were a day early because our flight did managed to arrive on time inspite of delays, we were given a room same as the one we booked so we did not have to change rooms. Front desk were efficient and very friendly. Thank you! We can recommend the hotel highly! Great location to one of the biggest mall which is only 15 mins away on foot. Safe location too! All the hotel staff were very friendly! If ever wewill be avle to stay in Santiago again, I would not hesitate to choose this hotel!
