I looooved the area. Providencia is so nice, and the hotel was at a really good place in it. You had 2 bus stations like 2-3 mins away, a 24/7 convenience store like 5-7 mins away, it was quiet, safe, clean.
The hotel itself was also very clean, and the entire staff were very polite and friendly.
They had daily room cleaning, 24 hours reception and a water dispenser you could use at all times.
The room had all the necessary amenities.

It is very quiet, great location with everything you need to stay in Santiago.
A nice restaurant and a complete breakfast, my reservation don't include it but it's worth the price

Staff is extremely polite and the room was alway clean after the service. Food is good and the room service is pretty fast. Elevators were fast as well, so you don't have to wait for too long. I'll definitely go to that hotel again.

The property was located in a great and easily accessible part of Santiago with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. The unit had great facilities and felt very comfortable to spend our vacation time in. The staff also helped us feel right at home.

What we like the most was the hospitality, service and the careful way we were received by Ignacio and his beautiful wife. Great host. After a long 14 hour flight the host met me at the building, helped me with storing my bags while the unit was getting ready. Checked in at 3 PM. Very secure building in a great location. It is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a well equipped kitchen. The unit has a wonderful balcony with a great view of the city and mountains. Near shops and restaurants.
