Staff is extremely polite and the room was alway clean after the service. Food is good and the room service is pretty fast. Elevators were fast as well, so you don't have to wait for too long. I'll definitely go to that hotel again.

The property was located in a great and easily accessible part of Santiago with a gorgeous view of the city and mountains. The unit had great facilities and felt very comfortable to spend our vacation time in. The staff also helped us feel right at home.

What we like the most was the hospitality, service and the careful way we were received by Ignacio and his beautiful wife. Both are exceptional human beings, really, there are few people in the world with such a nice heart and energy. They made the difference in our time in Santiago. Very well located property, near shopping, good restaurants, and the subway. The one bedroom apartment was well furnished, as was the small but very functional kitchen. The staff (manager Lázaro and Anita) were super friendly and helpful.

Great host. After a long 14 hour flight the host met me at the building, helped me with storing my bags while the unit was getting ready. Checked in at 3 PM. Very secure building in a great location. It is a spacious 2 bedroom unit with a well equipped kitchen. The unit has a wonderful balcony with a great view of the city and mountains. Near shops and restaurants.
