Fantastic little gem of a hotel, which definitely feels more like a bed & breakfast, because you feel right at home there. It's a former private house turned into a hotel, and feels very cozy and homey. Location is perfect to explore the coolest neighborhoods in Valparaiso (Cerro Alegre and Cerro Concepcion, it's right between the two) and the rooms were spotless and comfortable. But what really made a difference for me was Marcelo, the owner, who was super friendly and gave us great tips. That, plus the delicious made-to-order breakfast, which made a big difference vs. a traditional hotel! Would 100% recommend this beautiful place for anyone wanting to explore the city. Contacted by Christian prior to arriving, when issues arose with hot water. He organised a move across the road to an equally lovely apartment. Well furnished, and bathroom renovated and modern. Comfortable beds and great location in Concepcion. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to Concepcion finicular. Quiet location

In a great neighborhood of the city with lots of artistic sites around. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a restaurant. Staff are friendly at check in and check out. It feels very safe and secure. The beds are comfortable in the dorms and there are many bathrooms.

This is a beautiful historic home well maintained and charming. It is centrally located on the most main Cerro of interest in this lovely city. The decorations and general feel is understated so you can feel very comfortable to wander about and enjoy the place and surroundings - great setting inside and with great views to the ocean. The staff are amazing and so very helpful - many thanks to Claudia and Damien for all their help.

we absolutely loved our stay here, the staff are just so delightful, breakfast is great, toast, yogurt, fruit, meats, cheese; location was perfect in our opinion (we enjoyed being high up and walking 2 minutes for beautiful views), couldn’t recommend enough!
