We only stayed in the initial room for one night as we had a few issues with the older suites so requested an upgrade to the Executive room (highly recommended) which only then enhanced our guest experience overall. This was no issue for the Duty Manager given some of the issues we'd highlighted with the room initially allocated due to a few maintenance issues.
We loved the Executive Room & would return to stay in that again. Space, bathroom, products, super comfy bed, walk-in, tub & included mini-bar were exceptional. Excellent housekeeping who were always responsive to our needs. Buffet breakfast each morning (both offerings & facility) were fantastic - best throughout our recent China travels & this place was only a 4 star. Super accessible to the metro which made for travelling throughout Beijing super easy - highly recommend this place & their Executive room offerings which are the refurbished rooms in the building - avoid the older floors if you can!

The food was great, free access to the gym and the pool, the room was cleaned everyday, washing machine is in the room, great staff.
Additionally, no problems with the return of the deposit: I paid by cash, the return was in cash as well.

We decided to stay one night in Bejing during our Thailand - Italy trip so we had only one day to see the town where we have never been before. We found this beautiful cosy hotel on the great location. Nice clean and warm room, we skiper the breakfast but really good coffe is avaiable whole day. But than… wow…nothing could prepare us for the Maya the receptionist who jumped in and within a minutes planned for us the whole sightseeing tour. She gave us instructions, printed the maps and gave us all informations we might need. She even installed and payed herself for our E-sim so we can have our mobile active during the stay. Maya, if you read this, you are the best and you made our stay in Bejing. When we come back again this will be our place to stay.

Our stay at this hotel was exactly what you hope for in a classic holiday. From the moment we arrived, the staff were helpful, welcoming, and genuinely friendly — especially at reception, where check-in was quick and smooth.
The room was very good — spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel was also a pleasant surprise: peaceful, yet conveniently close to everything we needed.
One of the real highlights, though, was the breakfast. It was truly impressive — a generous spread with plenty of variety, fresh options, and something for every taste. It set the tone for the day and left us looking forward to it each morning.
Overall, this hotel delivered everything you’d want from a traditional holiday stay. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from A to Z. Everything is clean, the rooms are spacious and very well designed. Special thanks to Mr. DAVID at the reception, for his kindness and his help when I had to find a taxi very quickly to get to the train station.
