We couldn’t have asked for a more friendly welcome in Chengdu. Everyone was so helpful and kind. The hotpot party was lovely. Penny who works at the hostel accompanied us on the panda volunteering program which was very special. It’s easy to get around from the hotel you can walk or get a taxi easily to the different parts of Chengdu. There are nice restaurants very close by. The bar downstairs has a cool atmosphere.

Probably one of the most beautiful hotel of Chengdu with a delicious restaurant for dinner and even for breakfast (big choice and great coffee). The staff were so caring and welcoming! The hotel was also perfectly located to visit Chengdu! Thank you for everything!

The hotel is great with the service and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The location is ok too, there isn’t a shopping centre around, but it is close to the city centre. The concierge staff, September is amazing with her services and bring the service to the next level. It is definitely an asset to the hotel. No regret at all to stay at this hotel. I had dinner at Lixuan Chinese Restaurant, Stella who served us was great. I would like to recognise both September and Stella. Please pass my recognition to them and hopefully the hotel will show the appreciation to them.
