The staff, rooms and entire experience during our stay was honestly amazing. Yes sure the place is a little difficult to find as some other people have mentioned, but nothing 5 minutes of looking and asking locals on translate can’t overcome. Would 100% come back here again.

Simple, clean, with a hint of subtle class.
Jessi Fang at the reception was exceptional; always available and proactive in helping out with inquiries and solutions. She saved us a trip downtown by helping us book our exit flights to Guangzhou at a great discount. She even helped book my wife’s onward flight to Berlin painstakingly and without fuss.
Her colleague, Evan Song was also very helpful and kind with a smile.
Breakfast (included in our booking) was pretty standard with a generous helping of fruit, cereal, baked goods and Chinese cuisine (didn’t have an issue with the choices because I enjoy Chinese food). Dinner at the restaurant was also affordable, and we were usually over-filled. The concierge and Aayi (didn’t catch their names) at the restaurant were also helpful.
All together, we really enjoyed our stay here, and will repeat next time we’re in Chongqing.
