Everything was spectacular! Great value for the service and room we received (we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the city). There is a great gym as well and the staff (Joyce in particular) is very kind and capable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and provides many different options (including western and asian style). 100% recommended to stay here and pamper yourself. We will be back!

Very kind host, extremely caring and helpful. The facilities are clean and very close to the train station, the beds were comfortable as well. We loved that this hotel is connected to the mall so there are dining and entertainment options for us. We didn't get to enjoy breakfast because we had to leave early for the airport. We were able to request a packed breakfast that we could take with us. There were also English channels available on the TV. Since the toiletries were in refillable bottles, it was very thoughtful to have a small bottle of lotion available for guests.
