The hotel is very confortamble, the rooms are big for hosting a family of 3, the bathroom was also very good, with a great shower and a japonese style wc which was great to try.
Location was very convenient, located next to a pedestrian street full of shops.

This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Atour Hotel Hangzhou East Railway Station West Square. The hotel is in an excellent location, near to most tourist attractions and offers a good breakfast. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-designed, with thoughtful details that make the stay very comfortable. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist with any requests. The overall environment is quiet and relaxing, making it perfect for both business and leisure. I would definitely choose to stay here again when I visit Hangzhou.
