The hotel is very confortamble, the rooms are big for hosting a family of 3, the bathroom was also very good, with a great shower and a japonese style wc which was great to try.
Location was very convenient, located next to a pedestrian street full of shops.

This hotel was the best! It had a mini fridge, curtains you could control with buttons (and maybe words but we don’t speak Mandarin so we couldn’t figure this out) and a toilet with a remote control. The decor was very nice, the bed super comfy, and the staff were so helpful and welcoming. There was a free laundry service and we had the breakfast one day which was also good. The hotel is also in walking distance from West Lake, and has a shop across the street.

The location and room were fantastic. The bed were beyond comfortable. I need more tea and within 5 minutes the staff responded with more! We also opted for the breakfast and it is a definite MUST to your day. The variety and freshness of everything was incredible!

Location was good. Not too far from the West Lake. There were also night markets that was just downstairs and convenient for a flavour of the night market scene in Hangzhou. You can see the brillant sunset of Hangzhou from the living room.

This was an utterly perfect stay. The hotel is fabulous, and the staff could not have been more helpful, especially in booking taxis which can be tricky as a foreigner. It was my daughter's birthday, and they made a great effort to surprise and delight her - we were so touched at their kindness. The breakfast buffet was absolutely phenomenal - I cannot recommend it highly enough for variety and quality. Wonderful location. I would love to return.

Excellent location. Booking shows different location although in fact the hotel is located right opposite to the exit from metro station Chengzhan of red line (1st), exit number A3. The staff is helpful and we got the fine room with city view. The breakfast is good
