Location is great - they provide shuttle bus service to the airport. Staffs are friendly and helful. Rooms are spotless, beds are comfy and water pressure is great. Kids' slippers and dental kits are delivered by a robot - which is a cute surprise to enlighten the kid. Big bonus - their restaurant serves amazing food and delivers good services - good value for money.

The staffs. The service was was excellent, especially the front desk staffs. This guy called 苗国通was the best ever. He did all out to help us, even walk me out to show me direction of bus stop etc. He is no 1.

Very polite, professional and friendly staff. They also provide pick up and drop off from/to the airport. The room was good, provided toiletries and bottled water. They also have a lovely dog who stays in the garden. The place is quiet and one can truly relax.
