I like the hospitality, comfort, and facilities provided during my stay. I would like to thank especially the CEO (Vincent) who was very kind, approachable, and professional. He helped to slot me in for a last minute Xmas Dinner which was very memorable banquet for a very affordable price. His hospitality was more than exception. I like to thank him and his staff for organising such a great XMAS banquet. Will definitely come back and bring my extended family and friends to stay in this hotel (10/10). Kudo to Vincent for doing such a great job. The organisation is very blessed Vincent as their team lead. He is down to earth, passionate with his work, and great personality. The breakfast was an excellent spread of chinese and western. Personally, I love the chinese spread, being in China, I want to eat something Chinese. The hotel location is at the centre of tourist spot, yet away from crowd and near main road where you can get cab easily. Also near an MRT station. Makes going anywhere convenient. The staff were attentive and gave clear directions and instructions to the places that we want to go.

Everything was perfect. The hotel is amazing, very modern, clean, spacious rooms, huge bathroom almost looks like a spa. The staff is frindly and helpful. Breakfast was great, lots of choices, everyone can find something for themselves. Big thank you to everybody at Jumeriah, we had a pleasant stay!
