Room is very comfortable, with Dyson hairdryer, a sofa, Japanese style toilet,, bottles of water every day, snacks and decent coffee. The only thing it's missing is a fridge.
Lots of Western and Asian options for breakfast.
Staff don't speak much English but they're very nice and helpful.
Metro station entrance just around the corner (need to walk 5 minutes for the actual trains but it has 3 different lines, which is very convenient

the location is great and central. there were many cafes and shops nearby that made my stay unforgettable. it is the right stay to enjoy shanghai at fullest. taxi were easy to grab, public transport is nearby too.
