Viajero Medellin is a clean hostel, great community lots of activities and perfect location. What I liked the most though, was how the staff takes care of the guests. Especially Maria and Gabi! We had a problem with one of the activities we participated through the hostel and Maria and Gabi were really passionate about finding a solution for us. Despite the fact of already having a lot to do they took our matter serious and engaged in several calls to fix everything for us! staff like this makes the visit in Viajero really special! thank you Maria and Gabi!! would could back because of this service anytime!!

The aparthotel is very convenient located in El Poblado, close to Provenza area that is full of restaurants, bars, stores. The apartment we received is spacious, clean and very well equiped with everything you need. Has a washing machine and drying space. Nice medium sized balcony. Kitchen well equipped. The bonus for us was the roof top pool and the gym, both with great views of the city. Pool is heated and with a decent size, it was never crowded, despite holiday season. Reception staff very nice, available 24/7. We highly recommend the aparthotel

Everything was great! Amazing hotel and one of the best we've ever stayed in. It was all 5 star. Huge breakfast with lots of yummy choices. Very safe location, with restaurants & cafes nearby. Very modern, almost futuristic in design. Comfy king size bed to get lost in. Friendly and helpful staff. Do not hestitate and book here for your Medellin stay.

I stayed in this residence in January and then in February. On both occasions everything was impeccable: comfortable beds, comfortable sofa even for working despite the beautiful desk with armchair. The kitchen is equipped with modern and functional utensils and appliances, suitable for preparing even the most elaborate food. Everything is clean and sanitized. The washing machine is also a dryer; too bad it is not connected to hot water; maybe needed for better sanitization of towels. For fitness lovers, the gym is equipped with modern equipment. It is not very big but a good job has been done by concentrating weights, machines, cardio and functional gymnastics. The green context in which the residence stands is peaceful and relaxing. The staff is always available. Special thanks to supervisory manager Edisson Gomez, always attentive to customer needs, committed to enhancing the hotel's potential and improving service.
