Overall, it's a good place to stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, due to flight delays, I only stayed for a couple of hours, barely enough time to rest, but for such a short time, the experience was very pleasant, even with the people I shared a room with. They also have tons of daily activities and are always happy to help you with anything you need; they even helped me by storing my luggage when I was returning to Bogota from Nuquí. By the way, rooms are comfortable enough to rest. For me, it was more than good.

One of the best place I have stayed so far in South America, cheap room, comfy bed and very modern bathrooms.
The view on the rooftop is stunning and super nice to chill by the pool during the day or at night to glaze at the city lights
Close to everything like shops, pharmacy anf ATM and the Main Street for food and drinks
The staff was above lovely.Special mention to Arturo who saved my shoes and Luisa , Santiago , Sebastian , Julian and Wilson at the reception team for all the advises and cool tips. See you soon !

Very helpful staff. Everyone is willing to help. The hotel is beautiful and the location is safe. Breakfast is great and there are many good food options onsite. If you are interested in visiting Guatapé, make sure to ask them about the private tours as they can help you connect with a 10/10 local guide.
