Great hotel close to everything! Super clean, comfy and warming. The staff was super nice, they event let us leave our baggages for 2 days while we went to Tayrona park. The jacuzzi at night is super relaxing.

Alko hotel was in a good location 2 min from the beach and all the restaurant for the dinner. There is a safe for ur valuables. The breakfast is simple but very tasty fresh juice amd fruits. Pool is tiny on the roof but had a nice vibe. Staff is very friendly and helpful is you need to navigate around thw city or organizing tours. They give you towels if you go to the pool beach or trip as well.

The apartment is very spacious and has everything what you need. Kitchen is very well equipped. There is a balcony where you can have your morning coffee or an evening beer. Very flexible check-in and check out. Ricardo is a very good host, can give you a lot of tips about Santa Marta and surrounding. He takes care of every detail, helpful and answers quick on your questions. He also speaks very good English, what was very helpful as we don’t speak Spanish. He was traveller himself, so he really knows what guest need to feel home.

Perfect location. Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and eggs. Air Con worked well. Staff were lovely and very helpful. Kindly stored our bags for 3 days while we did the Lost City Trek. Room was clean and spacious with everything you need.

Daniel is really helpful, friendly, flexible and real chill. Like the dog. jaja. It was a pleasure to meet a person with such nice vibes. We kept in contact through the whole stay via WhatsApp in case something happened. Water is free, Wi-Fi strong. Excellent location, good value for money. they even lend towel and locker for free. so please be respectful and conserve this place.

This is the nicest hotel I've stayed in. The rooms and grounds were so beautiful, the staff were so attentive and helpful. Franklin at reception always made sure we were well looked after, and gave us good recommendations of where to go in the area for food, laundry service etc. He truly gave a 5 star service.
One morning as well we asked to heat up some food because we were going on a tour, one of the ladies heated it up for us and also provided juice and coffee even though breakfast was not open yet. Really really thoughtful staff!
