We only check-in at 12.30am and have informed the hotel in advance. Staff (both male, I didn’t see their names on a tag) were very helpful and checked-us in quickly and into a very nice room (upgrade🥰). As we had to leave early we could not enjoy the breakfast. Will come back again!

The hotel was really welcoming - the staff are lovely and accomodating (we had medication that required refrigeration and they were happy to assist) - and very cosy lobby/bar. The room is comfortable, cosy and very clean - modern and fresh. Whilst the room is compact there’s plenty of space for your bags/hanging coats/clothes. The location is good - it’s a bit of a walk to the cathedral (15 - 20 mins) but is a nice neighbourhood.

Location is good, walking distance to city center. Fairly cheap metered street parking available.

We stated there 2 nights. The hospiltality was awasome. The rooms are clean. We did not have breaksfast at the hotel so i can not make any comment about it. İ stronglt recommend it.

Our stay was excellent, came to Cologne to watch football, the hotel let us book in early and also had a late check out, they went above and beyond for us thank you.
