Staff was very kind, even went through the hassle of printing some papers for me. The breakfast was very good, had a good variety of drinks and different options, staff at breakfast was also very kind and helpful. There are a few parking options: one in front of the hotel, which is free (safe but there is not always space there), alternatively you can park in a garage for 12 EUR a day or in the street for 6 EUR a day, Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom also big and clean.

I stayed at an IHG in London previously and it was good so knew this was a safe choice. we were SO impressed by the receptionist here though - the best I have come across perhaps ever. Courteous, friendly, welcoming with genuine warmth and giving us so much helpful information.
