We arrived much later than expected due to incidents and congestion on the A3 from Stuttgart after Heidelberg there were many stoppages and just slow traffic. One stoppage was 1.5 hours with a Police vehicle wending its way through the traffic. We had no idea of what the problem was. Annette was very welcoming and assisted with our luggage some 4 hours after our initial requested arrival time.

I was very pleased with the position of this hotel, which is very close to the center, there are many Italian restaurants in the immediate vicinity, 5 minutes' walk to the subway (bahn), it is very clean, I had a very intimate and beautiful balcony, I I slept well, there is no noise in the area, the rooms are large, the kitchen is well equipped (maybe a toaster would also be good), the bathroom is large and has underfloor heating, I will definitely return to this hotel when I return to Dusseldorf.

We arrived quite late and it was so easy to check in and get into our room. The room was great and the bed comfortable. Big plus that although no breakfast served, in the morning you can find at the lobby fresh croissants and coffee! There is closed parking space for cars, price is fair as well. Extra plus, at Saint Nicholas day we found Saint Nicholas chocolates outside our room, so big thanks for your hospitality!

The location was very central to the Old Town of Dusseldorf. We were able to stroll around the Aldstadt easily. Very handy to the Rhine River, cafes and shops. The room was very clean and comfortable and all the staff were super friendly.
