Good location, quiet at night. About 10 minutes walk into main town square. Staff were very friendly and available to help at all times. Bed was very comfortable, very spacious, heating was good and warmed up very quickly. Cleaner provided extra towels on request.

Hotel is first of all extremely clean and the fact that they don't allow pets makes a big difference. Very good breakfast buffet with personal touch gives you a good start of the day. Beautiful property, with beautiful rooms. Great staff going out of their way to help guests. Wonderful breakfast as well as a wonderfully bright and stylish breakfast area. Beautiful garden where one can have drinks at any time during the day, and wind down. Trams are nearby, uber is well serviced in the hotel area as well. Quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely come back here if we need to be in Düsseldorf again!
