From the very beginning, the staff was super attentive, answering all my doubts and actually being able to change my dates last minute due to a national strike in German airports. They answered faster and more efficiently than the booking.com platform. Also, the location was within walking distance of the centre, full of all kinds of food service and the train station. I would highly recommend this place due to its location, features and spotless cleaning, besides service.

Very modern and cozy decorated room. Excellent beds and pillows. Breakfast was more than enough I would say to meet anyone's preference. The area between the hotel and train station is a little shady especially in the night but that's not hotel's fault. Even so, I was walking in the night and I wasn't feel in danger at any moment.

We visited Frankfurt to see the Christmas markets. The hotel is in a fantastic location for shopping, sightseeing, near the river for long walks. Just perfect.
The hotel was spotlessly clean, the room was finished to a real high quality, it was modern but cozy.
The spa area was a nice way to relax after a day of shopping or sightseeing.
Breakfast, one word delicious
The staff were so friendly and helpful. So kind to us and other customers at breakfast.
