Excellent staff and room. The staff (both receptionist and security) were friendly and accomodating. They happily received my takeaway order, gave me info on breakfast boxes outside breakfast hours and they stored my luggage after checkout. The rooms feel more like studios. Clean, comfortable and essential. The design is very well done and really feels like a “home”. The connection to the train station and city center is not bad although it is not recommended to do the route with more than one piece of luggage. I just tried the takeaway breakfast boxes and i was happy with it. Would definitely stay again.

Hotel West enjoys a central location in Frankfurt, directly beside the landmark Bockenheimer Warte.

Well situated in a leafy quiet street close to public transport and a walkable distance to city. Proximity to the Palmengarten was excellent and a highlight for us. Staff were welcoming and responsive.

Must say it was an amazing experience from start to finish. One of the hotels where the staff could actually properly speak English. The hotel's exterior is truly impressive, and it sets the tone for the exceptional quality found inside. The moment we arrived, the reception staff went above and beyond to accommodate my 83-year-old grandmother, allowing us to check in a bit earlier than expected. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel warmly welcomed. Upon entering our room, we were delighted to find a spotlessly clean and well-appointed space. The attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness was evident throughout the entire hotel. The room was comfortable, inviting, and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Another noteworthy aspect was the flexibility with our check-out time. Knowing the needs of my grandmother, the hotel graciously allowed us to check out later than the standard time, which made our departure hassle-free and convenient. Overall, I cannot speak highly enough of the impeccable service and exceptional care provided by the hotel staff. From the cleanliness of the rooms to the willingness to accommodate our specific needs, our stay was truly outstanding.
