Communication before arrival was terrible, they couldn’t even answer to my question can i check in around 23. And then when i arrived around 23, i contacted check in service via phone call and they told me i’m gonna be at different address than this hotel and even being told to find out some other accommodation while waiting outside in the rain. After first misunderstandings everything was good, room was perfect, bad was great and room quit. The breakfast was very nice too and the staff at the breakfast were very polite and nice, so overall with bad beginning i enjoyed staying at this place

Everything was super hygge :). The personnel were very friendly, the rooms stylish, the breakfast was fantastic and dinner was excellent. They even brought a dog bed, bowl and good to our room.

Small hotel with attentive and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Our room faced towards the courtyard garden, so it was quiet at night. Good cafés and restaurants nearby. Not far to Ubahn.

Exceptional location close to old parts of HH, completed with sense for design, modern needs of connectivity, car parking and lovely breakfast, made fresh, down to real roses on the table. Staff was the most professional as well as friendly of all of our trip spannig the length of G (although, we did meet other friendly staff). Rooms and shower are just brilliant for staying over night after an exhausting day. The wide open public space with bench, access to Wifi / electricity, USB and coffee machine compensate for the smaller size of rooms in case one prefers to spend time at the hotel. There are newspapers, seats / pillows on the window sill with view at green and the old church a dozen meters away. There are umbrellas to help deal with the HH summer weather.

Absolutely perfect! Beautiful apartments, fully equipped, everything new and clean, parking slots behind the house are great. Mrs. Irene is very kind and always helpful. We have enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again if visiting Hamburg.
