A lovely location next to the Park with the Rhine a short walk away, reception staff were excellent. The air conditioned room was very nice with a good view, the welcome pack for our dog was a lovely touch with a bed, snacks and a toy. The large bed was very comfortable and the bathroom well equipped. Definitely a place I would stay in again and deserves more than the overnight stay we had but time was against us on this occasion

This hotel is like a very pleasant surprise in the beautiful city of MAINZ. Very clean, very comfortable. the staff was super helpful (especially Mr. Mehdi and others whom in not aware of names). Very well decorated and rooms full of detailed amenities up to the level of dental floss. Great work by the hotel management and i think it will be a great success. Even the soaps, shampoos and conditioners were of organic type and not containing sodium laureth sulfate which is great.
