A lovely apartment that we could not fault. The space was utilized well and fit 2 adults and one child comfortably. Decorated and fitted out to feel like home for a few days. Situated conveniently to public transport and was quiet and warm for our winter stay.

Great hotel in a good location (close to the main train station and directly at an U-Bahn stop). I had a very spacious room. Very friendly staff, at reception, housekeeping and breakfast! Very nice to have free access to nice coffee and tea all the time; this was very useful since I had to do some work in my room. The hotel has no restaurant but there are plenty of restaurants in the direct neighborhood (also for (healthy) take-out).

Firstly the staff was really friendly and helpful, they were available whenever you needed anything. Secondly it was very clean and neat. The room was being cleaned every single day of the stay (although if you don't like getting it cleaned, the staff is very nice and considerate - all you do is ask). Lastly, it was very close to Karlsplatz (and if you go down the same street you get to Marienplatz in about 3-5 minutes walk). Everything was close, food, tobacco, DM, McDonalds...We stayed for New Years - 5 nights, 6 days and it was amazing!
