Really pleased with the pool and football area very clean and had lots of fun. Staff really kind and helpful it was a great stay and the pool was really cool and the rooms were very clean. Made our first Ecuador stay very enjoyable.

The atmosphere, architecture, decorations, paintings, comfortable bed, the lights in the room, wooden floor, garden view from the vindow, beautiful garden, helpful staff, ladies in the restaurant, breakfast with 2 choices and different everyday. activities arranged if you'd like to join, lots of common areas, purified water, etc. Great location in historic center, We felt happy and comfortable, and they care about what you need. On our first night we had a concern but following morning, they apologized nicely.

Exciting experience and stay at this fancy hotel. Santiago warmly welcomed me at arrival and showed me everything I need to know and use on my room. Sharon from the receptionist area made me feel safe while teaching me how to get to the nearest metro station and informing me how to stay alert on the street. Breakfast was amazing spread and allow you to take it slow over more than 2 hours. Hotel bar serves decent food and cocktail. It could get pretty cold overnight even with heater on, so get ready with warm pyjamas.

The room was spacious and very clean. There was a wide variety for breakfast. We also ate in the restaurant two nights and found the menu very varied and the prices were reasonable.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in. All made with heart and love. Modern renovation, cozy common rooms, new good matresses and pillows. Really friendly and helpful staff. I felt like home in this hostel. During my stay the hostel was booked out, a popular place to stay in Quito. The street is calm and safe. Next to the hostel there is a cute restaurant El Cafecito with quite cheap prices.
