The service is exceptional. Starting all the way from Mohamed at the reception to medhat at the bar and all the boys at the main restaurant. Also the Italian restaurant had great food and an amazing trimasu for dessert i couldn't stop before asking for another. All I can say is the hotel was nice and clean and all staff was exceptionally friendly and professional even the life guards. I would definitely recommend for a nice and relaxing stay. I would definitely recommend and will come again.

Best hotel in Sharm. Nice clean rooms, lots of different pools, AquaPark, different bars (I. E. Coffee bar where you can get a proper coffee), great beach with coarl and fish. I would especially like to thank our great room attendand Zine Youssef who made it especially enjoyable to come back to our room. It was kept very clean and cared for. Zine always surprised us and especially our daughter with some nice new decoration. Also, hotel had the best animation team and everything program. I was always bored in the different hotels but here it was really enjoyed and I stayed up til finish every night. Great DJ+moderator. Great program. Thank you once again.
