We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo! The food was excellent, both for breakfast and dinner. The location is perfect for those who come to enjoy the sea, just a few steps from the beach. The reception service was outstanding – we always left our room keys at the front desk when going to the beach, and everything was smooth and convenient. A special thanks goes to Victor, who was extremely helpful during our check-out and also arranged a taxi for us. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel. We felt very well, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean, very quiet. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the beach, bars and restaurants, yet it was quiet. We would like to commend Angela at the reception for a very pleasant welcome. Excellent breakfast. We will definitely be happy to come back here.

The hotel room is clean, modern & feels very safe. The hotel has pool and restaurant/bar which are essential for our stay. The breakfast was delicious and as well as the dinner buffet. The hotel is well maintained and the staffs are all friendly. Location also is perfect near the La Levante beach and the old town.

Our first visit and we weren’t disappointed! Hotel Castillo is fantastic. Immaculately clean, wonderful breakfast and everything we needed. Very comfortable bed and despite being in the centre of town it was very quiet. Location was perfect for the Old Town and just a short taxi ride to Benidorm Palace which was the purpose of our visit. But the absolute highlight of our stay was meeting Maria. She was wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely return again as soon as possible! We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Great location, next to a supermarket and only a 5-10 min walk from the city centre and beach. Clean apartment with everything you need. We were a family of 4 and spend a few days in Benidorm. The very friendly staff is always ready to answer all your questions.
