Fantastic hotel, the staff are great, they are always happy to help. The vallet service was amazing. Breakfast has all you need in the buffet and the menu. The location is lovely, in the most relaxing and peaceful area in Madrid. The room was exceptionally clean with bedding, pillows, and linen that were class. Highly recommend. Would love to return again.

The property manager was excellent in communicating before and during our stay. I requested an early check in and they very graciously provided me with the instructions to access the property before scheduled check in.
The room was exactly as described, beautifully furnished, the bed was super comfortable, and the location excellent, well connected with public transport, shops nearby, but also on a quiet street. Definitely recommend!
