I absolutely loved everything — I have no complaints whatsoever. From the front desk service to the housekeeping team, everyone was outstanding. They were incredibly accommodating, especially since I was traveling with my pet. At all times, they gave me clear instructions regarding areas where dogs are not allowed off-leash, but they were always empathetic and kind in guiding me on where pets were welcome and where they weren’t. The breakfast is amazing with a great variety! As a concierge myself, I congratulate you for your excellent work and dedication. Without a doubt, this has been one of the best stays I’ve had in Spain. I recommend you 1000%!

The room was gorgeous, the decoration of the whole hotel was great, staff very nice, food was good, you had all you need at breakfast. Everything was perfect.

The house is perfect for a family. 3 bedroms with lots ofe space, a spacious living room as a fully equiped kitchen. It's located very near Real Madrid Stadium, so is perfect to atend events there (5-10 minutes walking). There's a small patio and place to park the car. The house is located in a very calm area with almost no trafic. My room was spotless, incredibly comfortable and had everything I needed actually! Like an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, kitchen essentials... very convenient ! The check-in process was also smooth and I felt safe. Also, I contacted customer service online with a question, and they responded very quickly Will come back !
