I had a very nice stay in this apartment. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only things I would mention are the WiFi and the hairdryer: I couldn’t connect to the WiFi because we couldn’t find the network, and it would be great to have a QR code or clearer instructions to make it easier. I also missed having a hairdryer in the apartment. Apart from that, everything was perfect, adding these two small things would make the stay absolutely ideal.

A typically residential neighbourhood, you can feel the atmosphere of daily life for Spaniards and migrants. Several grocery and vegetable shops and quite a few services in the area. Spacious and clean flat not far from the metro stop (7 minutes walk). Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant living room with dining table. Gas heating, so you have to wait a while for hot water in the shower. Decent WiFi speed. Very nice and communicative landlady, answered questions quickly. First access to the flat by telephone contact with the landlady (remote door opener), afterwards we used the keys left in the flat. I would definitely recommend this place for a couple of days stay in Madrid for several people.
