Entrance to the apartment happened with a code and swiping a button at a link provided in an email. It could have been more user-friendly inside the Booking app, but managed to make it work. The flat was well equipped for possible longer rental with washing machine and oven as well.

Great place to stay for a longer stay. Not sure this aparthotel would convenient for vacation or holiday stay as the are is so what away from Madrid center. But it could be convenient for long term stay business. Stop over transition (as it's not very far from the airport) or a long stay. There are a couple of supermarkets within walking distance. The train station is about a 10 min walk. I got this room for my father's stay for a week. The room type he had was the studio apartment about 26Sqm. And it was the room equipped for ability challenged on the ground floor. The room itself was appropriate for 1 person. Of you are 2 people and longer stay it might be rather cramped. The room was clean and new and they came to clean every 3 days or so. The draw back of this room type is that being in the ground floor was rather dark and since it was facing the main side curtains had to be closed most of the time, for privacy. Which made it darker and gloomy and not very pleasant to be at. The condotel itself has a nicely equipped gym, a spacious lobby area with lounge seats and a billiard table for recreation. The staff was courteous. I think it could be a tad cheaper due to the location.

The apartment was clean and nice. Location is good - near to metro line 1 you can reach all the main attractions in less than 20 minutes. The host is veeery nice 1 extra point just to appreciate her.

Although situated on the perimeter of Madrid the apartment is 5 minutes from Guadalupe metro stop which takes you to the centre of Madrid. There are restaurants and supermarkets all around. The apartment was very clean very comfortable with a lot of amenities. They left lots of detail such as coffee milk pastry. Would highly recommend this.. great value for money and I'll definitely stay thetr again 👍
