The place was very nice and cleaned. Had all essential supplies for the stay. Close to the old town 20min walking. The hoster was very nice, responding to the messages quick.

The location was ideal for us. It was about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of Malaga, although there were plenty of regular buses available nearby if needed. The street the property is in is very clean and quiet (as are the surrounding streets), and there are shops, bars, supermarkets very close by.

We are super satisfied with this accommodation and it exceeded our expectations. The apartment was big, clean, and comfortable in a modern building with an elevator. In the neighborhood are multiple supermarkets and local cafes, and the city center could be reached in 20 minutes by foot. The roof terrace is a big plus as well. I really think this is one of the best accommodations you can find in Malaga at this price point.

It’s not luxurious but had everything we needed for our stay. It is as described and pictures are from the actual apartment.
Owners were waiting for us outside when we arrived and showed our parking space and the apartment. We were 30 minutes late, but they waited for us. Big thank you for that.
Apartment is about 20 minutes walk from Malaga centre. Parking is at the basement of the same building and is secure. The elevator takes you from parking to apartment floor. We had big car and underground parking is tight in places, but we had no issues with parking it there.

Fiodor was the best!
My brother and his friends were scammed by their first accomandation, so they booked this apartment really spontaneously.
Fiodor replied to the booking only after a couple of minutes and was really attentive. He texted me when the boys arrived, so ease my mind and also recommended them some spots in Malaga.
The apartment was great! It was clean, central but not too close to the Center so it wasn’t loud at night.
I would recommend it to everybody visiting Malaga.
