Location was the best, everything accessible. Bed was comfortable, the apartment clean. The fridge was the favorite of my boyfriend (Han Solo joke). It was hot, but we had air conditioning (helped a bit).

The hotel was so nice. It's the oldest working inn, found in Spain. The building is well maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were big and clean.

We were extremely impressed by how good the customer service was. A staff member called Juan greeted us as we pulled up in our car outside, grabbed our luggage, helped us up the hotel stairs with our baby's pram and then parked our car for us. Despite being 3 hours early and expecting to wait around, our room was ready early. The staff in general made a massive fuss over our 19 month old daughter and we really felt welcomed in the hotel. We will be coming back. The room was comfortable and the location was in a lovely spot in the old town with some bars and restaurants very close by. On check out at 12noon, we were allowed to keep our car in the garage until when we were ready to go (we went for lunch as the roads were shut in the centre due to the half marathon). Again, we were not expecting this. And every time we left or came back to the hotel, Juan would carry our buggy up the stairs. Easily the best customer service I''ve experienced at a hotel in Spain in some 15 years of travelling around the country.
