We loved the location, the cleanliness and the staff. They were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble: the beds were extremely comfortable. My only suggestion is to ask for a room not facing the street as it can be a bit noisy. It did not bother us but may bother some people. Across the road from the Science and Arts museum and the Aquarium and the opera house. Restaurants right out the front and laundromat around the corner. Great hotel to stay at.

The place was within a reasonable walking distance to the sea. The house itself was very spacious; we stayed as three people but it could easily fit more guests. The balcony was lovely and the house was spotless
