Location was perfect. Rooms were exellent, spacious enough and clean. Aircondition worked perfectly. Beds were comfortables (I.e. bed does adjust to your body, and not other way round your body must adjust to the bed). Service in reception was excellent including tips to find good value restaurants.

The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Beds are really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. Hotel is quiet and private. The location was phenomenal, right across the Mercado Central in the heart of the old city. Walkable distance to the famous Plaza de la Reina, Plaza del Ayuntamiento and other attractions. It was also easy to reach it from the airport - metro and a 10 min walk through the city. The staff was kind, helpful and accommodating - available 24 hours a day. We would choose the hotel again.

The location can’t be better! It’s perfectly centric and close to everything. The staff is super nice and will give you lots of recommendations on where to eat and what to do. The facilities are quite simple but very clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and has really nice aircon.

Amazing front staff Andreas and the next morning gentlemen. Very cheerful kind and helpful guiding us getting the best out of city. Delicious breakfast and again great service. This hotel is very central. If you drive make sure look at the guide they email you for parking as it helps.

Excellent hotel! Spacious room with two balconies and a lot of natural light. The air conditioning was well positioned so we didn’t feel the uncomfortable air in our faces during the night. Big and delicious shower. Very good breakfast and most important, everyone from staff was friendly and efficient. Our special thanks to Gisela and Marta. Not to mention the great location. We loved!
