The staff is extremely friendly and responsive. We arrived early in the morning and left our luggage at the hotel. When we returned, our luggage was waiting for us in the rooms, but we didn't like one of them and they immediately changed it. Notice after one day we had a problem again and they changed our room again. Exceptional staff!
The breakfast is excellent, in terms of quality, but in my opinion, the quantity should be slightly increased. I fed my son's portion and it was enough for me, but if I only had my portion, I don't think it's enough to feed an adult.
