Near to the hospital were we had to be for visiting hours. Near to the Turia. Nice rooms, spacious appartment. Nice owner which communicated quickly. We didn’t understand the instructions to acces the door. Once we understood to do it digitally it was okay.

The property was beautifully designed and even more amazing in person . It had plenty of storage for our family of four on a city break. We made use of the sofa bed too and it was really comfortable. The spacious apartment had everything you would need from wash and drying facilities to a coffee maker. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils etc. if you wanted to stay in and cook a meal . The was a lovely indoor and outdoor dining area too . The bedrooms and bathroom were beautifully decorated too . The air con in all the living areas was so welcome after warm day exploring Valencia . The apartment felt really safe and quiet that sometimes you would forget there is a city outside. The nearest supermarket had absolutely everything you would need and was literally across the road . The walk to the city centre was lovely and only took about 15 minutes but the bus stop to take you there and back was only a street away if you were too tired to walk . The owner made himself contactable for anything we needed and was really helpful with information about the property and the facilities around it . We had the most pleasant stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Henrik and his property to anyone planning a trip to Valencia ..

We stayed for two days in Valencia as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids), and the apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor with its own entrance, very spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the metro is just 5–6 minutes away, and the Bioparc can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. Our host, Teresa, was wonderful and very responsive, in touch before our arrival, and always reachable during our stay. Everything was well taken care of, which made our visit even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this accommodation to friends, and if we return to Valencia, we would happily stay here again.

Very responding and helpful staff, the apartment is really clean and modern and has everything that anyone could need. You could even iron your shirt here. Had a very nice stay!

It lacked all the discomforts that come together with staying in a hostel (which is the lack of privacy and insecurity) with this clever pod system. It was also super clean, quiet, and comfortable. It is pretty far away from the centre but really close to the metro station.
